Are you affiliated with your airline?
No. We have no relationship with your airline or any other airline. Check-in can be done free of charge on your airline's official website; what we charge for is doing it for you the moment the window opens.
How does it work?
You give us your booking reference, travel date and email. We watch for when your flight's check-in opens and, the moment it does, someone on our team completes it on the airline's website and emails you the boarding pass.
When do I get my boarding pass?
As soon as we complete the check-in, which is as soon as the airline opens its window. It goes to the email address you gave us.
What is the subscription?
The first check-in costs €0.79 and opens a 3-day free trial of the member subscription. If you don't cancel within those 3 days, €79 is charged every quarter to the card you saved. The subscription includes unlimited check-ins and the other member benefits.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime and three ways: from your member area, from the unsubscribe page on this site, or by contacting customer support. If you cancel during the 3-day trial, nothing is charged.
Does it work for all your airline flights?
It works for your airline flights that allow online check-in. Some fares or routes require you to appear at a desk; if that's your case we'll tell you and refund you.
